This Cuvitex.com website is managed by Indoor Health Master Team Oy (business ID 3178101-4). The terms and conditions for orders and deliveries listed here apply to the commercial relationship between the Cuvitex.com online store and its customers. The Cuvitex.com online store reserves the right to update these terms and conditions without prior notice, so please read our terms and conditions each time you order products from our online store. We reserve the right to cancel a transaction or make price adjustments if the product ordered or its price does not correspond to the actual market price for reasons such as a technical or human error in the online shop.
Cuvitex.com is not liable for any damages caused by force majeure circumstances. Force majeure is considered to be an unforeseeable circumstance or change in circumstances beyond the company’s control. Cuvitex.com is obliged to notify the customer of force majeure without delay.
2. Customer data and data protection
Cuvitex.com complies with Finnish and EU legislation on consumer sales, marketing, and advertising.
At the time of ordering, customers are obliged to provide their contact details, which for a consumer customer include at least a name, address, phone number, and e-mail address.
The information provided by customers when placing an order is stored in the Cuvitex.com customer register, where customer data is treated confidentially. Customer data is used to maintain customer relationships. Cuvitex.com will not disclose the collected customer data to third parties.

3. Prices and costs
Changes beyond our control, such as changes in raw material prices, exchange rates, or VAT, can increase product prices and other costs. All prices include VAT 24%, but they do not include delivery costs. If there is a change in any of the above prices affecting the product, we reserve the right to change prices and delivery charges by an equivalent amount.
If the price of a product on the Cuvitex.com website is clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error on the part of the online shop, products will not be sold at a significantly lower price if it can be assumed that the customer has understood the existence of the error.
4. Delivery and delivery costs
The delivery time of your order is determined by the delivery times of the products and the delivery methods selected. We usually process orders on the working day following their arrival, and the delivery time depends on whether the ordered product is in stock in Finland or in the manufacturer’s warehouse. Delivery time estimates are based on information provided by logistics companies and manufacturers. The customer will see a delivery time estimate when placing an order.
The customer will receive an order confirmation by email. Once we have processed the order, the customer will receive a delivery confirmation email with a tracking number. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the contact details provided are correct.
Cuvitex.com sells its products online. The Cuvitex.com online store may sell individual products at outlet prices. Outlet products are usually customer refunds or products that have been used for demonstration purposes.
If one of the products in an order is out of stock in Finland or in the manufacturer’s warehouse, we will contact the customer personally.
Delivery costs include shipping and packaging costs to Finland or an EU country. Delivery charges depend on the delivery method chosen and are automatically added to the total amount of the order.
5. Payment
Cuvitex.com online shop’s payment service provider is Visma Pay. Visma Pay (Visma Payments Oy, business-id FI24865594) is the payment facilitator of the online shop. Visma Payments Oy is a payment facilitator authorized by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Finland. The payment process is conducted in the online service of Visma Pay. Visma Pay or Visma Payments Oy is shown as the receiver of your payment in the bank account listing and in your invoice. Paying with Visma Pay is safe. All information is exchanged through secured connections.
The trade happens between the online customer and the online shop. The online shop is responsible for all obligations related to the trade.

6. Payment methods
With Visma Pay you can pay your order by an internet banking account, a wallet, a payment card (credit/debit), an invoice or a partial payment. The following methods of payment are supported: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Paikallisosuuspankit, S-Pankki, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, Jousto, Fellow Lasku, Fellow Yrityslasku, MobilePay, Masterpass, Pivo, Visa-, Visa Debit-, Visa Electron-, MasterCard- and Debit MasterCard payment cards.
MobilePay: You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have allowed online payments in the settings of the MobilePay application. Payment via MobilePay takes place directly from the payment card linked to MobilePay. If charging the payment from the linked card fails, MobilePay can not be used in the online shop.

Jousto invoice and part-payment is a Finnish service for making purchases quickly and safely. Jousto is for private persons having their economy in balance. With Jousto you will get 30 days time to pay without interest or expenses. After you have received an invoice, you can decide to pay it at once or in parts. You can pay our purchase in up to 36 parts, starting from 9,90 eur/month. Expenses for Jousto part-payment are 3,90 eur/month and 19,90% interest. 7. Uncollected packages
For shipments that are not collected within the specified time, we will charge the actual delivery, return, and handling costs for the return.
8. Returns and exchanges
All products have a 14-day right of exchange and return under the Consumer Protection Act for unopened, unused, and saleable products. The customer must notify us of the return in writing to info@cuvitex.com within 14 days of receipt of the goods or conclusion of the contract.
Products to be returned must be carefully packed.
The customer pays for the return or exchange. If your return is a complaint or if you received the wrong product, no return or delivery costs will be charged. In these cases, please contact our customer service.
The products must be in their original condition, the product tags must be attached to the product, and the products must be returned in their original boxes. Returns must be made with a tracking number so that the package can be traced if it is lost. Cuvitex.com is responsible for the shipment until the customer picks up the package from the post office, and the customer is responsible for the package until the package arrives at Cuvitex.com premises.

9. Shipping damages
Do not accept the delivery if a product’s shipping package is damaged. If you accept a damaged package, take pictures of the damage. Inspect the product after you have unpacked it to check for any damages. Please contact customer service as soon as possible. When reporting damages, please send us an email with photos of the packaging and the damaged product, preferably from different angles.
10. Refund of payment
In the event of a complaint or return, the product will be refunded using the same payment method that was used when the order was placed.
We will refund the cost of the products to the customer within a few working days after the package has arrived at our premises. Refunds through a payment service take around 7 working days.
11. Complaints
If the customer receives a defective product, a product is missing, or the customer has received the wrong product, the customer must report the defect immediately within 14 days of receiving the product. Please send your complaint to the following address: info@cuvitex.com. Complaints will only be dealt with in writing.
A complaint notification must include the order number and the name of the orderer. Once the complaint has been processed, we will notify the customer. Each complaint will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.

If the consumer has a problem with a product or service bought online and the problem cannot be resolved with the seller, the consumer has the right to take any dispute arising from this contract to the Consumer Disputes Board www.kuluttajariita.fi or to be solved via the European Commission website http://ec.europa.eu/odr. Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer should contact the Consumer Advisory Services, www.kkv.fi/kuluttajaneuvonta. Any dispute concerning the contract between Cuvitex.com and the customer that cannot be settled will be settled by the District Court of Pirkanmaa.
12. Customer service
We aim to answer customer questions by email within 24 hours of receiving them. This time target applies to working days, and to matters concerning orders. The processing time may be longer for certain customer service issues, such as complaints, transport issues, etc.
13. Force Majeure
Cuvitex.com is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, nor for indirect damage caused by the defective condition of a product or delayed delivery.
Force majeure may be considered, for example, measures taken by public authorities, an enacted or amended law, a labour dispute, a blockade, fire, flood, sabotage or another major accident, or decisions by public authorities that negatively affect the market and products, e.g. restrictions, warning notices, sales bans, abnormal market conditions, etc.
